We would like to give a gift this holiday season. Starting December 1st to January 8th we are increasing everyone’s broadband speed to 1 gig, the highest available speed we offer. You do not have to lift a finger to receive this upgrade, we will take care of it.

What is the fiber holiday upgrade special?
Orange County Fiber will be increasing the speed to every customer who is on the 100 mbps package to the 1 gbps package from December 1 to January 8.
Why is Orange County Fiber running the special?
We would like to give a gift to our customers this holiday season as a way of saying thank you for your continued support. It will help while the kids are home from school, family and friends are visiting, and receiving new gifts that require an internet connection.
What do customers have to do?
Customers do not have to lift a finger. Our network team will increase everyone’s speeds on the backend.
What about the customers who already have the 1 gig service?
We recognize this isn’t as exciting for them but thank them for their continued support. Those customers already know what it is like to have the fastest internet connection around. This will give others a chance to experience what it is like.
After doing a speed test, why is a customer not seeing 1 gig?
If you believe you aren't getting the speed you are paying for, please check through a hardwired device. Wireless speeds aren't always accurate because so many things can be affecting that device's connection. When in doubt, always plug a laptop or computer directly into our router using an ethernet cable.
What if the customer wants to keep their 1 gig after January 8?
